Research on the composition of the atmosphere of Indonesia (CO and BrO) in the stratosphere using data from the Microwave Limb Sounder (MLS)instrument measurements on AURA satellite has been done. Study area in this study include the territory of Indonesia (6 °N - 11 °S and 95 °E - 145 °E). The data used include daily data CO and BrO vertical profile from 2005 to 2013. The daily data of vertical profiles of CO and BrO averaged across Indonesia in the form of area average daily yield of CO and BrO profile. Monthly variation of the height to CO and BrO, monthly and seasonal variations in the vertical profiles of CO and BrO, the trend of concentration on some pressure, in the stratosphere has been done. The results showed the characteristics of CO in the stratosphere is characterized by a decrease in concentration of up to a minimum at a pressure of about 31 to 21 hPa or at an altitude of 23-25 km. BrO characteristics showed high concentrations in the middle stratosphere (14 hPa) and decreased to a pressure of 2 hPa. Trend CO concentration in the stratosphere showed an increase in 2006 then declined and remained constant until 2013. Trend BrO concentrations in some altitude in the stratosphere indicate a pattern similar to a drastic decline occurred in April 2006 and July 2007.
